What I'm looking for

I’m looking for VP Engineering or Head of Engineering roles at profitable European companies solving real operational problems. I want to apply my experience building reliable systems, strong engineering teams, and architecture that supports growth.

I scale B2B platforms through their scaling phase, taking products from proof-of-concept to real operational scale. I most recently scaled a fintech marketplace as CTO/co-founder to €125M in annual transaction volume over seven years.

I lead architecture migrations and build engineering practices that support business growth—moving teams from monoliths to modern architectures and setting technical standards from the ground up. I’ve implemented security and compliance infrastructure serving 1,000+ financial clients handling sensitive data.

I’m also hands-on: I still write code and understand modern stacks so I can mentor teams and step in when complexity demands it. I’ve delivered across fintech, media tech, and e-commerce, and I’m now focused on VP Engineering or Head of Engineering roles in profitable European companies solving meaningful operational problems.
