What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead operations, supply chain, procurement, and cost-control initiatives where I can scale teams, improve inventory accuracy, strengthen vendor relationships, and drive profitable growth.

At CMR Construction & Roofing, I oversee inventory across eight warehouse locations supporting residential and commercial divisions with more than 4,000 items. I reduced warehouse and inventory shrinkage from $1.9M to $20K in my first year while leading purchasing, billing, audits, and job-cost controls.

Previously, I founded and scaled Dynasty Homes from four to 25 custom homes annually and American Building Supply to more than $26M in annual revenue with a workforce of 200+ employees. Across construction, distribution, and supply chain operations, I’ve led procurement, vendor negotiations, land development, logistics, and process improvements that protect margins and support growth.
