What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role in which I can help a team of engineers get better and execute at a higher level. Take the helm of a team and map out what that the next few years are going to be from a technical standpoint, and help them get there.

I have over 25 years of experience spanning the entirety of software development, from QA on up through senior management. I’ve worked at startups and mega-corporations, and have delivered projects large and small. I’m a high-ownership leader who looks for solutions, not problems.
