Designed the core platform 0-to-1 for solar installers, reducing average project duration from 75 to 49 days and delivering $2.8M in operational savings. Scaled from 8 to 200+ customer companies in twelve months.

Led redesign of Workspaces, Home, global navigation and search, increasing workspace adoption from 22% to 58% and search success from 51% to 73%. Built an evidence base with an 80,000-user analytics study and 35+ interviews.

Led an innovation team redefining consumer engagement models and established a unified design direction. Designed the full marketing-to-purchase experience for new device products, including cart, checkout, and transaction flows.

Split a single internal tool into a three-sided marketplace, reducing average placement time from 18 to 11 days and growing self-service engagement 2.5x. Built a design system with 50+ reusable components and managed two junior designers.

Primary designer on the inventory management system redesign and two in-store mobile monitoring apps. Built the department UI toolkit and designed the SCT Center for roastery device and content management.
