I've led commercial growth across Jibu, mPharma, Sanofi, and Biofem Pharmaceuticals in Ghana and Francophone West Africa. At Jibu, I doubled revenue from $1.5 million to $3 million and expanded the B2C customer base from 12,000 to 30,000.
At mPharma, I led a regional commercial turnaround from $435,000 to over $2.4 million, delivered 58% revenue growth in 2023, and helped shape Bloom platform enhancements using pharmacy and hospital partner insight. I also expanded QualityRx from 3 to more than 100 facilities and grew government health-programme revenue from $625,000 to $4.7 million.
