At Suddath | NXTPoint Logistics, I support Operations Managers and site leaders across business units, standardize operating procedures, and analyze service metrics to identify improvements. I also develop training materials and workflow guides that support Microsoft Copilot and automation adoption.
I’ve supported end-to-end customer and building startups, cross-functional ERP, TMS, WMS, and CRM integrations, and inventory process standardization. My work has also included warehouse layout and location engineering to improve space use, cost, and efficiency.
At RXO, I led site leaders and worked toward financial, service, safety, and operational goals. Earlier, at Werner Enterprises, I managed logistics operations for the Anheuser Busch account, including a team of 200+ drivers and 10 staff; at Western Express, I implemented an inventory management system that reduced operating budget waste by 3.5% year-over-year.
