I've delivered comprehensive medical eye care at Dallas Eye Consultants and Dallas Eye Care Associates, managing anterior and posterior segment pathology alongside cataract, retinal, glaucoma, corneal, and oculoplastic surgical care.

In my current remote care role, I direct more than 300 multilingual eye examinations each month across over 50 practice locations in Maryland, Virginia, Florida, Texas, and Wisconsin. I provide online exams and prescriptions while overseeing medically oriented referrals and referral networks.

Previously, I facilitated more than 600 multilingual medical examinations per month in a multispecialty surgical setting. I've also hired, trained, and developed ophthalmic technicians, scribes, and future medical optometrists.

My ocular disease residency built hands-on experience in diabetes, glaucoma, macular degeneration, specialty contact lenses, diagnostic testing, surgical referral and follow-up care, ICD-10 coding, and Spanish-language examinations.
