I've analyzed RNA transcript stability at UMass Chan Medical School using Bru-Seq and Bru-Chase sequencing data, applying R, Python, Bash, and statistical models to large-scale datasets.
I'm completing an M.S. in Bioinformatics & Computational Biology after earning a Mathematical Sciences degree with High Distinction. My work includes MATLAB differential-equation models of post-ischemic stroke and data-driven modeling of neurovascular and immune-cell dynamics.
