At Constructora Paz y Bien S. de R.L., I directed a $50M+ feed mill project from conception through construction, commissioning, and operational handover. It was delivered as the most technologically advanced feed mill in Latin America.

I worked with cross-functional, multinational teams and international partners, and owned budgets, change orders, and contract negotiations with equipment suppliers. I also reviewed technical documentation and coordinated issue resolution between engineering teams, suppliers, and site execution.

At Solquin S.A. de C.V., I managed local and international procurement, import-export operations, and customs compliance. I also launched a product line and directed planning and execution for an industrial wastewater treatment plant.
