Jonathan Okanlawon

I’m a transformational leader, strategic advisor, and executive coach with over two decades of cross-continental experience spanning Africa, the Middle East, North America, and the Caribbean. As an Executive Director, I focus on organizational transformation, strategic planning, and leadership development that helps professionals and enterprises perform at higher levels.

At Global Croft Ltd, I lead strategy, leadership development, and organizational capacity-building programs for top-tier institutions. I’ve designed and delivered leadership frameworks for government and corporate clients, and I oversee an elite faculty of leadership facilitators delivering programs across Africa, the Middle East, North America, Europe, and the Caribbean.

Beyond my executive leadership role, I co-founded Ruby Unique Natural Premium Products Ltd to guide strategic direction in natural products and wellness. I also founded and serve as Chief Executive of Rubesco Energy Ltd, where I champion innovation, sustainability, and investment growth while partnering with investors and regulators on transformative energy initiatives across Africa.

I’m also a leadership and strategy consultant through independent engagements, delivering executive programs and strategy sessions globally. I’ve coached over 300 executives to strengthen clarity, confidence, and communication, and I’m recognized as a keynote speaker and leadership facilitator known for insight and an execution-oriented approach.
