At Soluyute, I lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from receiving requests and planning through final warehouse delivery, helping maximize customer retention and satisfaction.

I connect commercial billing with real-time stock availability in SAP ERP, reducing distribution bottlenecks. I also oversee internal administration, cash flow, payroll, budgets, and commercial targets while developing key accounts through prospecting and negotiation.

Previously at Olam Nicaragua, I supported internal control through cash counts, inventory reconciliations, and SAP ERP process audits to protect corporate assets and mitigate discrepancies. I also coordinated global supply-chain, import, and export processes, including customs-agent management and operational incident resolution.

My foundation in warehouse operations, inventory control, Public Accounting, and Finance helps me bring financial accuracy and operational discipline to sales and logistics processes. I communicate in Spanish and English at B2 level.
