At Rocket Software, I’m project managing mainframe migrations, moving critical applications and data to Azure, SQL Server, and OpenShift while preserving original COBOL logic. This work includes a migration of 2.5–4.5 million lines of COBOL/PL1 from IBM z/OS for a state-owned rail logistics operator, as well as transitions designed to minimise disruption to live banking operations.

At Sagacity, I served as project manager for a bad debt reduction programme that reduced the roll rate from 13.4% to 11% and helped deliver target collections savings of £34 million. Earlier, I delivered regulatory and technology programmes at London Stock Exchange Group, Capco, and Lloyds Banking Group, including an IFRS 17 implementation and digital cheque clearing. Before moving into programme delivery, I led a crew of eight operational firefighters at London Fire Brigade.
