What I'm looking for

I'm looking to strengthen production security through cloud security engineering, security operations, threat investigation, vulnerability assessment, and infrastructure automation.

I've architected and deployed a production website for Workmans Lawn Maintenance using AWS S3, CloudFront, Route53, IAM, and Infrastructure as Code. I maintain its DNS, CDN, storage, access management, and availability while applying least-privilege controls.

Through hands-on Splunk SIEM investigations, I've ingested endpoint logs, written SPL searches, triaged alerts, and investigated suspicious PowerShell, reverse shells, DNS activity, brute-force attempts, and unauthorized access. I also analyze phishing, CVEs, SQL injection, command injection, and threat-intelligence indicators, then document evidence and recommended response actions.

Earlier, I built and maintained a Python student-to-mentor pairing application for BUMMP at UC San Diego and managed secure relational data workflows. I bring a Computer Science foundation, CompTIA Security+, AWS Cloud Practitioner, and practical experience connecting software engineering with defensive security.
