Six years in customer facing roles taught me the fundamentals most people take years to learn: how to de escalate fast, how to keep data clean under pressure, and how to run a team that actually hits its numbers. I moved from agent to supervisor at Teleservices in three years, then spent the next four years applying that same operational discipline inside blockchain startups, managing CRMs, building dashboards, and keeping distributed teams coordinated. I work comfortably across Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, Excel, and most tools a support or operations team would use. Fluent in both Spanish and English.
