I've built three data platforms for public institutions in Guanajuato, integrating thousands of records with traceability, validation, data protection, and human review.

As an independent Full-Stack Developer and Product Engineer, I created a Python pipeline for the State Human Rights Policy covering 68 indicators, 7,357 public observations, 1,284 recommendations, and 983 classifications. I also modeled 16 tables for the Risk Atlas and Monitor, and processed 3,358 records for the Risk Atlas for Women Searchers across 46 municipalities.

At AciendaTek, I used Google Analytics, campaign data, and site behavior to prioritize SEO, navigation, content, and conversion improvements for U.S. clients. I automated operational work, managed forms and integrations, and translated technical findings into clear actions in English and Spanish.
