What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build end-to-end SaaS, analytics, and AI-assisted solutions where I can contribute across backend, frontend, data, automation, and secure scalable architecture.

I've built end-to-end products at Tecnolika for Operaria, including a multi-tenant human talent management SaaS platform using FastAPI, React, and PostgreSQL.

I develop backend APIs, microservices, real-time notification systems with Server-Sent Events, and complete modules spanning frontend, databases, reporting, and analytics. I also migrated Operaria's public website from WordPress and Hostinger to Next.js on AWS, using SSR and technical SEO to improve product positioning.

I've implemented HR analytics dashboards for NineBox, ILUO skills matrices, NOM-035, workplace climate, demographics, and turnover. My work includes migrating analytics from Power BI to AWS QuickSight Embedded with Row Level Security and multi-tenant session tags, while building native React visualizations with Recharts.

I'm a pioneer of Claude Code adoption at Tecnolika, creating AI-assisted development workflows and specialized agents for backend, frontend, databases, documentation, versioning, and QA. I also built multi-role Playwright QA automation aligned with OWASP Top 10 cybersecurity practices.
