At MakeAgency, I built a book subscription system for Faber & Faber that generated over £75,000 in revenue in under two years. I also replaced BGF’s old integration with a custom form that feeds funding applications into Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
At MakeAgency, I worked on headless WordPress builds with Next.js, separating content management from the front end while keeping the editing experience familiar for clients. I also collaborated with external developers through code reviews and branch merging.
At eighteen73, I maintained around 35 client sites and handled project management for each. I also mentored an apprentice, supported work experience students, and helped a university graduate transition into the workplace. I maintain open-source projects including Ignition, a tool for setting up a WordPress site with a base set of pages and default plugins.
