I founded BAM Builders in 2015, then launched BAM Remodeling and BAM Homes to build complementary residential construction businesses across Central Texas. Together, we reached $14M in peak annual revenue, averaged approximately $10M annually during our strongest stretch, and delivered about 170 projects.
I've led every stage of the operation—from P&L, sales, estimating, contracts, and strategic planning to hiring, training, scheduling, vendor negotiations, and customer relationships. My teams built 30 custom homes, 20 speculative homes, and 120 remodeling projects, including a largest individual project of approximately $1.5M.
I build practical operating systems that help people execute with accountability. I've implemented Buildertrend across CRM, estimating, scheduling, customer communication, and project management, while serving as a leader with the Heart of Texas Builders Association, Texas Association of Builders, and NAHB.
