At CrowdSec, I managed and moderated community channels and led the Ambassadors Program, onboarding 15 contributors. I also curated a monthly newsletter for 1,000+ subscribers and collaborated with the tech team on three Academy courses.

At Machine Learning Prague, I manage event partnerships, securing 20+ partners per edition. I took ownership of production and partnerships for the 2021 edition, which welcomed 500+ attendees, and later editions grew to 800+.

At Supernova.io, I managed the Discord community and led the Product Hunt launch of its next-generation design token management tool, which reached #11 Day Rank. At GoodData, I organized community events and webinars and initiated the GoodAmbassadors program.

At Kiwi.com, I designed the Kiwi Ambassadors Program and organized more than 100 events. Through open-source work, including the Fedora Project and The Document Foundation, I’ve mentored contributors and delivered talks and workshops on mentorship, community building, and DEI.
