Joktan Audu
@joktanaudu
Coordinator in servant leadership and M&E, delivering community research, trainings, and psychosocial support for vulnerable youth.
What I'm looking for
I’m a sociology and anthropology graduate, currently rounding up my Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Social Work, and I thrive on result-driven community impact. I bring strong interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and a service-first mindset to every project I support.
In my current role as Coordinator of the University Centre for Servant Leadership (UCSL), I coordinate center programs and trainings, develop data tracking templates, and submit both narrative and quantitative reports. I also monitor and evaluate implemented trainings/projects to ensure aims and objectives are met.
I’ve delivered large-scale leadership and advocacy work across grass root communities—organizing advocacy visits, trainings for community gate keepers, youths, and pupils in over 20 communities, and training university students in servant leadership through HaLCiA. I’ve also assisted with research and field work in conflict-affected areas in Plateau State.
Alongside coordination and research, I provide community psychosocial support counseling through the Jos Stakeholder Center for Peace, supporting youths and adults in conflict-impacted communities and encouraging swift responses through early warning signs. I’m deeply committed to peace and conflict management, counseling, advocacy, and strengthening community services in remote areas.
