I’m looking for a role where I can support senior leadership end-to-end—managing schedules, meetings, office operations, and finance/HR administration—while keeping confidential information secure and improving day-to-day efficiency.

I’m a highly organized, results-driven Executive Assistant and Administration Professional with over 9 years of experience supporting senior leadership. I coordinate executive schedules, manage office operations, and handle finance and HR administration with a strong focus on confidentiality and operational efficiency.

In my most recent role as Finance & Administration Manager at Winch Energy Uganda SMC Ltd (June 2021 – Oct 2024), I managed procurement, administrative systems, and leadership reporting—preparing reports, budgets, reconciliations, and financial documentation. I also coordinated meetings, onboarding, payroll processing, and employee records management, while handling confidential contracts, compliance records, and tax filings.
