I’m looking to lead EHSS strategy and regional execution—strengthening safety culture, standardizing critical-risk programs, and delivering measurable compliance and risk reduction with global governance and analytics.

I’m a transformational Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHSS) leader with 25+ years driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and cultural transformation across global manufacturing, service, and military environments. I’m known for building world-class safety organizations and aligning regional execution to global EHSS strategy to reduce critical risk exposure across multi-region operations.

In my current role, I lead seven direct EHSS leaders and sponsor audit programs that advance network risk reduction. Previously, I standardized critical-risk and SIF programs across NA, APAC, and EU, integrating SafeStart and global data systems for analytics and reporting—strengthening governance through systems integration and disciplined operational follow-through.
