At Skink Digital Marketing Services, I plan and execute lifecycle email strategies for multiple Shopify eCommerce brands, building campaigns that support engagement, retention, and long-term revenue.
I create and optimize automated customer journeys across Welcome, Browse Abandonment, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Cross-sell, Win-back, Sunset, and Customer Retention flows. I've also developed a lifecycle framework identifying more than 50 automation opportunities across the customer journey.
I use Klaviyo, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and Shopify to manage segmentation, CRM automation, lead nurturing, and conversion-focused campaigns. I test subject lines, CTAs, and send timing using A/B testing and CRO principles, while reporting on open rate, CTR, CTOR, and engagement trends.
