What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise programs, Agile delivery, PMO governance, and release or change management initiatives where I can improve delivery predictability, reduce risk, coach teams, and align complex technology portfolios to business objectives.

I've led enterprise technology delivery for Comcast, Centene, Ameren, USDA, and Charter Communications, managing billing systems, release frameworks, DevOps governance, and large-scale product deployments. At Charter, I released more than 65 software iterations across Spectrum products and helped deliver cloud-based video deployments reaching 50,000 households and 80,000 set-top boxes.

I build PMO governance, guide Agile and SAFe adoption, and align portfolios, vendors, risks, financials, and delivery teams around predictable outcomes. As a PMP, PMI-ACP, and SAFe 6 Agilist, I use Jira, Jira Align, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Confluence, and CI/CD practices to improve transparency, flow, compliance, and business readiness.
