What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a role where I can combine organizational discipline with accuracy and efficiency, contributing through technical operations, customer support, or quality control.

At Powertech Substation Services Inc., I maintain technical logs, reports, and schedules as a Protection Relay Test Technician. I also coordinate tasks across teams and support documentation and compliance.

Previously, I assisted U.S.-based customers with credit score and financial account issues at Teleperformance Philippines, and managed production schedules, quality control, and delivery tracking at Nordhoff Enterprises Inc. I’m currently self-studying Python programming.
