I've supported U.S. Army travelers, cardholders, leaders, and contractors through travel requests, reimbursements, account issues, and time-sensitive itinerary changes.
At Military Surface Deployment & Distribution Command, I monitored more than 400 GTCC accounts, built tracking tools for delinquency and training trends, and documented corrective actions for fraud, misuse, and unauthorized transactions.
As a DTS Administrator and Agency Program Coordinator at Fort Campbell, I reconciled travel and financial data, resolved debts and reimbursement issues with DFAS, and maintained accurate profiles, routing lists, Lines of Accounting, and audit records.
