I am a Mandarin-speaking business professional with more than 15 years of experience spanning operations management, logistics, customer service, human resources support, entrepreneurship, and Chinese-English translation.

Throughout my career, I have successfully combined analytical thinking, operational leadership, and practical problem-solving to improve business processes and support organizational growth. I have worked with multinational organizations including General Motors Philippines and SC Johnson Regional Headquarters, handling complex support functions for Chinese, Taiwanese, and regional markets.

As a Chinese Bilingual Analyst for General Motors, I provided HR operational support for General Motors China, leveraging my Mandarin proficiency and analytical skills to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery. Prior to this, I worked as an Analyst at SC Johnson, where I managed customer order processing for China and Taiwan, supporting regional business operations.

I also have extensive entrepreneurial experience. As Owner of Frio Transport and Logistics, Inc. for six years, I oversaw company operations, client negotiations, financial management, and strategic planning. Earlier in my career, I helped establish and manage Woo Wang Tze Inc., where I participated in business startup planning, government compliance, technology deployment, and daily operations management.

My logistics and operations background includes leadership positions at Orient Cold Storage, where I served as Depot Manager, IT Communications Manager, and Administrative Manager. In these roles, I managed transportation and maintenance operations, improved workforce discipline and productivity, oversaw depot activities, prepared operational reports, and handled IT infrastructure procurement and maintenance.

In addition to my corporate and entrepreneurial work, I have provided freelance Chinese-to-English translation services for legal documentation, demonstrating strong language proficiency in Mandarin reading, writing, and conversation.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Asia and the Pacific. My professional skill set includes business operations, logistics management, customer support, Mandarin communication, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, graphic design fundamentals, and computer and network maintenance.
