At Lewis Personnel Japan, I source and screen candidates for IT, sales, marketing, and other roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search, and recruitment databases. I supported client hiring goals with successful placements for 11 consecutive months.
I also manage job advertisements and candidate pipelines, update records and hiring stages in ATS databases and recruitment trackers, and format CVs for submission. I assist with recruitment operations and communication with stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Through The Eve Digital Marketing, I supported US-based clients with social media, SEO content, and community management. For Special Strong, I scheduled content, updated WordPress, maintained websites, refreshed blogs, and prepared reporting on content metrics and websites.
My freelance work has also included SEO projects for Cobra Key Systems, where I conducted keyword research and optimized and created blog posts, as well as technical and on-page SEO. I’m a Licensed Psychometrician with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Colegio San Agustin - Binan.
