I serve as the primary coordination lead for ILM vendor relationships across 200+ shots, owning shot tracking integrity, delivery alignment, and cross-team communication flow.

I direct sequence turnover readiness by ensuring editorial, assets, and reference packages meet vendor intake standards across production milestones. I also act as an escalation point between production, editorial, and vendor teams, resolving priority conflicts, versioning issues, and delivery risks—while maintaining structured reference and review systems (including lidar and server organization) and mentoring coordinators and assistants to keep standards consistent.
