What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote, predominantly non-voice role with a US healthcare practice or organization where I can contribute independently to revenue-cycle management, A/R recovery, denial resolution, billing operations, quality control, reporting, and workflow improvement.

At an Optometry Clinic & Eye Care Center in North Carolina, I managed end-to-end revenue-cycle work for vision and medical insurance claims. I reviewed EOBs and ERAs, posted payments and adjustments, and investigated rejected or denied claims through correction, resubmission, or appeal.

I managed patient ledgers, tracked delinquent accounts, and prepared financial and A/R reporting for the lead physician. I also performed quality audits in Crystal PM to verify patient profile and EHR data integrity.
