johannes sibanyoni
@johannessibanyoni
Chemist and validation specialist driving cGMP compliance and efficient product launches across pharma and petrochemicals.
What I'm looking for
I’m a results-driven chemist with over 13 years of working experience across Higher Education and Training, Research & Development, and the petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries. I’m especially focused on ensuring compliance with cGMP standards and business policies, while supporting multiple teams through the launch of new products with clear regulatory alignment.
As a Validation Officer at Adcock Ingram Healthcare, I implemented the Site Validation Master Plan (SVMP), executed process and cleaning validation in compliance with cGMP and validation schedules, and maintained audit-ready validation reports. I also ensured alignment with local and international regulations (including FDA, WHO and SAHPRA), helped identify and close validation gaps and risks, and supported Health, Safety and Environment (SHE) compliance. Earlier in my career as a Post-Doctoral Research Chemist at iThembaLABS-NRF, I led hydrogen storage research in Ti and Ti-alloys (Pd and platinum group metals) and co-supervised MSc projects, strengthening my disciplined approach to method validation, data quality, and efficiency.
