Served as technical subject matter resource for GMP validation, facilitating implementation of the Site Validation Master Plan and executing process and cleaning validations to support new product launches. Ensured compliance with FDA/WHO/SAHPRA guidance and maintained validation reports, SOP updates, and equipment requalification records for audit readiness.

Directed R&D on hydrogen storage in Ti and Ti-alloys catalyzed by palladium and platinum group metals, advancing renewable energy storage research. Co-supervised two MSc projects, expanded laboratory methods and validation scope, and maintained QMS-aligned data quality and health & safety practices.
