I’m a multi-unit Owner/Operator and restaurant executive with a decade of full P&L ownership across a four-restaurant operation, including end-to-end control of budgeting, capital planning, financing, and daily cash-flow tracking.

I built the organization to a $5.3M average unit volume and ~$5.5M peak performance, consistently owning sales, cash flow, and profitability while driving measurable operational gains like cutting service times ~30 seconds and reducing payroll $35K in a single pay period.

I grow revenue by scaling digital and delivery channels—launching McDelivery from $0 to ~$700K in Year 1 and expanding to a ~$2M channel—while rolling out mobile ordering, loyalty, and self-order kiosks across all locations. I also lead capital projects and construction management on a $5.5M+ portfolio, coordinating architects, engineers, corporate project managers, and local contractors to protect the guest experience.

Beyond my restaurants, I led operations and digital strategy for Montana’s 58-restaurant owner/operator business unit, ranking in the top 10% of U.S. business units and driving #1 system cash-flow growth for multiple years. I’ve acquired and turned around an underperforming restaurant, rebuilt the operating model from systems and leadership to execution, and developed leadership pipelines that produced multiple award-winning General Managers.
