I developed and oversaw the implementation of traffic management and handling for construction, maintenance, and permit operations, approving requests for lane closures. I conducted field reviews and assisted in operations of the Sacramento Regional Transportation Management Center.

I prepared project reports, project study reports, and preliminary designs, developing supporting documents for design projects. I also performed rotational assignments in construction and traffic operations, including inspecting roadway rehabilitation projects and performing ramp metering studies.

Pursued a Master of Science degree focusing on transportation management. The curriculum likely covered advanced topics in transportation systems, planning, and operations.
