What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a team that values traceable QA, release readiness, and “shift-left” testing. I want to lead end-to-end validation, deepen Python/Playwright automation, and use AI-augmented workflows (with human review) to improve defect throughput and reliability.

I’m a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with 7+ years across healthcare SaaS, embedded systems and robotics, and regulated medical devices. I own end-to-end validation from manual exploratory testing through Python/Playwright automation, API work, and data reconciliation, including production/UAT incident triage.

At Zelis / Sapphire Digital, I validate high-impact workflows across pricing, eligibility, claims, provider search, and UI for a healthcare SaaS platform serving ~15–20 clients and 200+ end users. I’ve been a top L1 ticket engineer (145 story points in a single quarter; consistently ranked #1–#2), built a Python reconciliation validator for 9,999 ELI records, and authored Playwright regression specs that target authentication, client-specific data flows, and cost assertions to cut regression risk.

I’m an early adopter of AI-augmented engineering, designing and running multi-agent workflows (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, MCP servers) to accelerate test authoring, defect analysis, and documentation without sacrificing traceability. I use AI with human-in-the-loop review, anchored to source-of-truth evidence, and I mentor teammates as the go-to QA reference across engineering and client stakeholders.

Previously, I led QA validation for robotics and automation at Nanotronics Imaging, reducing regressions by defining test matrices for edge cases, failure modes, and recovery paths.
