What I'm looking for

I seek remote roles (Health Program Manager/Global Health Advisor) where I can lead large-scale health and nutrition programs, drive data-informed decision-making, collaborate with donors and partners, and scale impact for vulnerable populations.

I am a driven medical doctor and public health program leader with over seven years of experience managing large-scale health and nutrition initiatives across Burundi. I have directed multidisciplinary teams, overseen hospital operations, and managed multimillion-franc program budgets to improve service delivery.

In program roles I strengthened performance through strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, risk management, and donor-aligned implementation, reaching over 120,000 beneficiaries annually. I have led partnership development and resource mobilization, and I regularly coordinated with humanitarian clusters and national health authorities.

My clinical background complements my program management skills: I have supervised clinical teams, implemented clinical protocols, and driven quality assurance and operational improvements. I seek to apply these skills in remote Health Program Manager or Global Health Advisor roles supporting international development and humanitarian initiatives.
