Built an internal AI chat assistant for a managed services provider to help service-desk staff retrieve answers from internal knowledge sources. Led technical discovery for AI-assisted service-desk workflows in HaloPSA, documenting requirements, data-handling considerations, and security and permission models.

Principal technical lead for a property transparency and verification platform built on Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, PostgreSQL, and PostGIS. Own architecture, data modeling, and migrations for property records, ownership documentation, and spatial boundary data, plus infrastructure, deployment, and security.

Built and launched a privacy SaaS that scans Gmail and Outlook inboxes to surface forgotten accounts, data breaches, and unsubscribe/deletion actions, reaching 1,000+ users and ~$1,100 in revenue. Passed Google CASA Tier 2 security assessment and implemented OAuth, least-privilege data access, and secure token handling.

Developed backend services integrating third-party banking APIs to ingest and process multi-year financial transaction data. Built asynchronous pipelines that transformed raw transactions into structured datasets and user-facing insights, and optimized PostgreSQL schemas, indexes, and queries to reduce latency by approximately 30%.
