I was the lead designer on the Loan Processing & Funding product team, where I collaborated with key stakeholders from the Funding Operations and Bank Success teams to improve the loan processing experience for employees and bank users.

Partnered with product and tech leads to co-design core platform features as part of an initiative to digitize manual lab processes. Conducted user interviews and tested interactive prototypes with employees and customers to inform design decisions.

Transformed business requirements into user-friendly interfaces that made complex datasets easier to configure and navigate. Initiated and maintained design systems, which helped improve consistency and efficiency for the design team.

Owned all aspects of design, from brand and visual identity to the website and user interface. Collaborated with the founding team to develop the initial product and user experience from zero-to-one.

Led the design process for several large product areas as part of a platform-wide redesign.
