I've led Group P&L consolidation at IAG GBS, delivering €15B+ results across 11 operating companies—including British Airways, Iberia, Vueling, and Aer Lingus—to the Management Committee within D+5.

I standardised reporting templates across the Group, cutting consolidation data-cleansing time by an estimated 30% and eliminating recurring classification errors. I also built Power BI dashboards that replaced five or more manual Excel packs with self-service P&L and traffic reporting.
