I am a business development leader and IT consultant with experience transforming underperforming operations into efficient, revenue-generating businesses. I currently oversee company operations including administration, marketing, accounting, and compliance.

I produce detailed monthly and annual financial and marketing reports, foster long-term client and partner relationships, and implement marketing strategies across social and digital channels. I leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Google Trends, SimilarWeb, and Statista to inform decisions and identify market opportunities.

I incorporate AI and automation—including ChatGPT—into content generation, data analysis, and customer engagement, and I have hands-on experience building WordPress sites and delivering customer training. I hold a bachelor’s in Business Information Technology and certifications in Cisco and Human Integration with AI.
