What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a supportive employer where I can deliver standards-aligned reading, writing, and math instruction, differentiate effectively, and use data to drive student growth—especially through SOL/IREAD/ILEARN preparation in a positive, structured classroom.

I’m a dedicated and student-focused educator with experience teaching 3rd and 6th grade. I deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction in reading, writing, and math while using data to drive student growth.

I’ve prepared students for SOL, IREAD, and ILEARN assessments by using targeted literacy strategies and continually monitoring student progress to inform instruction. I differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and keep learning both positive and structured.

In the classroom, I build strong classroom management systems and student relationships, promote critical thinking and independence, and guide students with formative and summative data. My goal is to help students gain confidence academically while staying aligned to grade-level expectations.
