What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a school where I can design standards-aligned lessons that build critical thinking, strengthen student engagement, and use technology thoughtfully—supported by collaborative teams and strong classroom culture.

I am a 4th grade teacher skilled in lesson design, curriculum development, classroom management, and technology integration. I design engaging lesson plans that adhere to state curriculum standards while keeping students motivated and focused.

I foster critical thinking and collaborative learning by facilitating activities that promote teamwork and independent progress. I use effective behavior management strategies and positive behavior management to sustain a positive learning environment for 34 students, and I tailor instruction to meet diverse learning needs.

I collaborate with mentor teachers and staff to create lesson plans and support student learning through educational assessment. I’ve also obtained Master Teacher in LETRS certification and strengthen instruction with Google Products Proficiency.
