I am an experienced educator with over 15 years of teaching in elementary education, specializing in creating engaging and differentiated lessons for diverse learners. My journey has been marked by a commitment to fostering positive classroom environments where students feel encouraged to participate and succeed. I have effectively implemented behavior management strategies and utilized various online learning tools to enhance student engagement and track progress.

Throughout my career, I have achieved Proficient or Distinguished ratings on all observations and evaluations. I have taken on leadership roles, such as becoming a Seesaw Pioneer, where I trained colleagues on effective classroom technology integration. Additionally, I have served as a Building Representative for the Pennridge Education Association, advocating for professional staff and ensuring that our collective bargaining agreements are upheld.

My passion for education extends beyond the classroom, as I have also hosted student teachers, helping to prepare the next generation of educators. I am now seeking a new position that allows me to leverage my extensive teaching experience and skills in innovative ways, contributing to a dynamic educational environment.
