At Baker&Baker, I lead the Compliance & Documentation function across the UK and Continental Europe. I oversee governance for finished-product specifications, raw-material and packaging information, and customer documentation, while maintaining data accuracy across SAP and connected processes.
Previously, as Customer Project Manager at CSM Bakery Solutions, I led customer and business-critical product development projects from approved concept through factory implementation and commercial launch. I coordinated cross-functional teams, planned critical paths, and supported launch readiness across trials, specifications, artwork, and packaging approvals.
Earlier, at Bakkavor Katsouris Fresh Foods, I managed a process development team and led retail product launches, factory trials, and production transfers. My experience also includes customer documentation, food specifications, ingredient risk assessments, and production quality and traceability checks.
