I'm currently supporting food quality at Pilgrims Europe, where I conduct GMP and quality checks, audit production areas, investigate non-conformances, and maintain technical documentation. My work contributed to an A++ BRC audit result.

Previously at Natural Innovations, I supported NPD from formulation and kitchen trials through pilot production and commercial scale-up. I worked across HACCP, ISO 22000, allergen and labelling compliance, microbiological testing, supplier visits, and product launches.

With an M.Sc. in Food Innovation and hands-on experience developing scalable recipes and 3D-printed crackers, I enjoy bringing food concepts from process validation to safe, high-quality manufacture.
