At Sabre, I led the regional implementation and integration of Workday Time & Absence across 14 countries, managing the migration from Kronos. I now maintain and configure Workday Payroll, Time & Absence for the Americas and process payroll updates for Canada and Latin America.
I develop automated Workday reports and use Python scripting, Gemini, and Power Automate to optimize operational workflows and data integrations. Earlier, at COCA-COLA FEMSA, I designed an automated attendance system and created HR analytics dashboards for absenteeism, turnover, and overtime.
