Served as primary advisor/architect for Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace collaboration initiatives at Delta Air Lines, administering services used by 100,000+ users. Automated Microsoft 365 workflows with PowerShell and Power Platform for request handling, approvals, provisioning, and change logging.

Architected, implemented, and automated Microsoft and Office 365 services for 100,000+ users, focusing on SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, and Power Platform. Designed and maintained enterprise Microsoft operating environments and supported cross-team security and governance efforts for Real Time Communications from LCS to OCS to Teams.

Provided network and system support for the US headquarters of an international HR company, supporting IP telephony, SAP, Windows 2000/NT, and call center environments. Designed and deployed Windows images, implemented DOCSIS cable lab infrastructure with Linux provisioning and firewalls, and created maintenance scripts with on-site training.
