At SITA, I help deliver mission-critical airline operations software for global aviation customers, contributing to release readiness, regression planning, and release-risk assessment across Product, Development, and QA teams.
I'm the primary QA resource for backend validation, using API testing, SQL verification, and environment investigations to validate data integrity and troubleshoot complex integration behavior. I bring an Aerospace Engineering background to challenge requirements, validate airline operational workflows, and strengthen test coverage.
Previously, I independently planned and executed end-to-end testing for a full production release as the sole QA for a critical airline operations application. I built and maintained a 2,000+ case TestRail regression suite across web, iOS, backend, and API functionality, and documented 150+ defects in Jira before release.
I've also worked as a Product Owner Intern, managing a 200+ item Jira backlog and coordinating SAML authentication delivery. I improve QA workflows through structured test reviews, documentation, AI-assisted practices, and knowledge sharing, and received the 2025 SITA Bravo Award for my contributions to software quality and user experience.
