What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a QA role where I can lead test strategy and deliver dependable automation for cloud products. I want to work closely with cross-functional teams, strengthen CI/CD test coverage, and keep improving reliability with modern tools like Playwright and Selenium.

I’m a Quality Assurance Engineer who focuses on building reliable, end-to-end testing for SaaS/PaaS and cloud-based applications. I combine functional and regression testing with automation that works across monolithic and microservices architectures.

In my current role at Kantata (CRM), I partner with US and UK teams across time zones to ensure seamless delivery. I author and maintain detailed test cases in Zephyr Scale, use Playwright for end-to-end automation, and implement auto-healing mechanisms to improve stability and reduce maintenance effort.

Previously, as a QA Tech Lead at Yabx (Comviva Technologies), I led testing for a Loan Management System—driving reliability, performance, and accuracy. I executed regression and functional testing, handled API validation with Postman, managed Selenium automation, and tracked defects in JIRA while defining test strategies that optimized coverage and reduced defects.

I’ve also led QA efforts for BI and cross-platform scenarios, including Android/iOS testing, and developed strong testing discipline in Agile/Scrum environments. Across my experience (Coforge Technologies and beyond), I’ve worked with ALM/JIRA traceability, Selenium (POM), Appium for mobile, and REST Assured for automated API testing integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
