I’m seeking a challenging role where I can use my expertise in business valuation, financial models, and research databases to contribute to accurate, insightful valuations for diverse corporate entities.

At Plante & Moran, PLLC, I established the valuation function in India, developing processes and workflows with U.S.-based valuation teams. I also built three AI agents to automate report quality checks, OPM waterfall construction, and audit question responses.

I manage valuation engagements for companies ranging from venture-backed early-stage businesses to publicly traded companies across U.S. markets. My work supports estate and gift tax planning, potential transactions, financial planning, IRC 409A compliance, and financial reporting under ASC 805 and ASC 718.

At Knowcraft Analytics Private Limited, I valued over 150 early-stage companies across sectors including IT, healthcare, manufacturing, and e-commerce. I led engagements from initial information requests through audit review and prepared valuation reports and presentations for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.

My valuation work has included complex securities and derivative instruments, purchase price allocations, and impairment testing. I use methods including DCF, Black-Scholes OPM, Monte Carlo Simulation, and PWERM, and have supported a sell-side transaction by applying option-based valuation techniques to an earnout structure.
