I'm currently supporting Deloitte USI's Technology, Media and Telecom valuation team, executing 409A, purchase price allocation, and goodwill impairment projects.

I review DCF and guideline public company valuation methods, assess financial projections and comparable-peer assumptions, and apply option pricing models to complex capitalization tables. I also determine fair market value for private-company common stock and prepare financial models, planning memos, auditor questions, and comparison sheets.

During my investment banking internship at Four-S Services, I analyzed the APAC EV LMD fleet-management industry, the Indian solar sector, and western-wear acquisition targets. I prepared a sell-side pitch deck for a private QSR brand and delivered a forward premium/discount multiples study for an active M&A deal.

I'm building on this work through CFA Level I, research analyst and investment operations certifications, and valuation projects including a DCF and relative valuation-based BUY recommendation on Tata Steel.
